Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days before shipping (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. We currently ship only within the United States and do not offer international shipping.

Local Pickup

Customers in the St. Joseph, MO area can choose local pickup at checkout. Pickup is available at our store, 811 N Woodbine Rd, Saint Joseph, MO 64506, during regular business hours (Tuesday–Saturday, 10am–6pm). We'll email you when your order is ready for pickup.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once your order is handed off to the carrier, delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Jamie's Secret Garden is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for next steps.
