Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final.

At Jamie's Secret Garden, every piece — whether it's clothing, home décor, jewelry, or one of our collectable lines — is chosen with care, and we stand behind the quality of what we sell. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not offer refunds, on any purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

The one exception: if an item arrives broken or damaged, we want to make it right. Please contact us at jamiessecretgarden@att.net within 48 hours of receiving your item, along with photo proof of the damage. Each case is reviewed individually, and store credit — not a refund — may be issued at our discretion.
